Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Kaefôur Brands currently ships primarily through USPS. Most domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or another available service selected at checkout. USPS Ground Advantage is generally expected to arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipment, though delivery times are estimates and can vary based on destination, weather, carrier volume, and service disruptions. USPS lists Ground Advantage for packages up to 70 lbs. Please allow additional time during holidays, promotional periods, severe weather events, or other carrier delays.
Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated on our website or in your order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to approve the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund, consistent with applicable consumer shipping rules.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Kaefôur Brands is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, reshipment fees may apply.
Shipment Theft, Loss, or Delivery Issues
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and scan history. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. USPS also offers Missing Mail Search and claims options for eligible lost or damaged shipments. Kaefôur Brands is not responsible for stolen packages in transit, but we will do our best to help you with available carrier next steps. Signature confirmation may be added to certain orders at our discretion.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the item(s). We may require this information to help evaluate replacement, refund, or carrier claim options.
International, Non-Continental U.S., and U.S. Territories
Shipping rates and available services for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO destinations, and international orders vary by destination, package weight, package dimensions, and carrier availability. Delivery estimates for these destinations are not guaranteed and may take longer than standard domestic shipments. International service may also be unavailable or temporarily suspended for certain destinations based on carrier conditions or service alerts.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, all applicable duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer unless we explicitly state at checkout that such charges are prepaid. Customs authorities may require the declared retail value of your order to appear on shipping documents. Customs review can delay delivery, and Kaefôur Brands is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
PO Boxes
We may ship certain orders to PO Boxes through USPS where service is available. Some shipping methods, oversized shipments, or non-USPS services may not be available for PO Box delivery. International PO Box tracking may become limited after the package leaves the United States, depending on the destination postal operator.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order’s destination, weight, dimensions, and selected service level. We reserve the right to combine, split, or upgrade shipments when appropriate.
Exchange Rates
All prices shown on the Kaefôur Brands website are listed in U.S. dollars. If your payment method uses another currency, your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fees.
