Standard Shipping

Kaefôur Brands currently ship by USPS. Please allow 10-25 business days for orders shipping to be delivered. Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders can take from 10 to 14 business days to arrive, but may be received sooner. After ordering online you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Shipment Theft

Kaefôur Brands is not responsible for stolen packages. If the tracking information shows your package was delivered to your address and cannot be found, immediatly contact the shipping company. To avoid this happening Kaefôur Brands advise you to call or email after your order is placed to request the package delivery require a signature by someone from within the premises of your home. For large orders, Kaefôur Brands may deem it necessary to use a signature required label on your order. If this is the case, Kaefôur Brands will advise you by email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Your Shipping charge and service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. All packages shipping internationally cannot exceed 4lbs.

Customs and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package, this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. PO Boxes

Orders shipping to international PO Boxes will be sent via USPS first-class. Tracking numbers are available through USPS until international package leaves the United States. Once your package leaves the United States it is then in the hands of your local post office and will not have a tracking number.

Exchange rates change daily, and The Kaefôur Brands is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation.
