Kaefôur Brands has a 30-day exchange policy. You may exchange (at your expense) merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Kaefôur Brands does not furnish return labels. Please email Kaefôur Brands at contact@kaefour.com if you intend to return any part of your order for a exchange. Sixty day replacement policy is at Kaefôur Brands discretion. Exchange orders are subject to shipping charges for the new item. Include a copy of your packing slip or note with order number and reason for return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your item and it is not to your standards, due to being damaged. Please reach out to The Kaefôur Brands Shop customer service team at contact@kaefour.com and we will do everything we can to make your experience a positive one. DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS

Kaefôur Brands stands behind all of its products. If your product has a craftmanship or damaged container, support is available. The Kaefôur Brands Shop purchases can be exchanged if manufactured less than 5 days of the shipping date.

RETURN OPTIONS

All sales are final. Due to increasing burn & return scams and public health concerns, The Kaefôur Brands Shop does not accept returned merchandise.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS

If you wish to exchange your Kaefôur Brands Shop order for a different product due to receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at contact@kaefour.com.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES INFORMATION:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.

If we do ship an item in error, you have the option to get a full refund of your order including the shipping cost that was paid in addition to the cost to ship the incorrect item back to our warehouse. If you choose to return the item for the correct item we will refund you for the shipping cost to return the incorrect item and grant you a refund for the shipping amount you paid at the time of your order.

• Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.

• Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of the shipping charges for your item.
